Before we start
Tell me your platform, the assets you need and the direction you have in mind. Upload references with your inquiry. Standard packages use the displayed price; work outside that scope receives a custom quote before payment.
Two revisions are included. Your 5% deposit counts toward the total, and you approve payments through PayPal. Standard turnaround is 24 hours after the deposit and project materials arrive; confirm timing for custom scopes. Cancel during the project for a full refund, including the deposit.
Will a new thumbnail guarantee more views?
No. A thumbnail can improve presentation and communicate your video clearly, but views also depend on the topic, audience, title and content. No click or view guarantees are included.
Can you match my existing channel branding?
Yes. Send your current logo, palette and example videos, along with what you want to keep or change. For a full visual reset, ask about the Brand Overhaul package.
